As DIRECTOR OF CONSULTANT SUPPORT, Andy was previously responsible for overseeing support, recognition, and service strategies, for a field of more than 100,000 independent consultants and managing growth from $40mm to $700mm in just four years.
Included was management of up to 300 CSR's in a multi-tiered organization, budgets of more than $10mm, and technology implementation to support those efforts including a company-wide Saleforce CRM.
